To receive an invitation letter required for the visa application process, please complete the online registration via eBIS; the Secretariat of the 2025 IADI Taipei Events will then issue the letter based on your registration.

Residents from Hong Kong and Macau must hold an Entry Permit to enter Taiwan. For those who have never entered Taiwan.
- Submit the application form online.
- Wait for the approval of Entry Permit, it takes at least 5 working days.
- Complete the payment.
- Provide Entry Permit and Official Invitation Letter in English (colored, clear, and legible) when entering Taiwan.

For Other Nationalities NOT Listed Above
For nationalities not mentioned above, the Secretariat of the 2025 IADI Taipei Events will apply the E-Code for you through the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please provide the following required documents (clear and legible) by email to secretariat@iadi2025taipei.org and irr@cdic.gov.tw (Ms. Alice Tuan and Mr. Sean Shih) before 15th July 2025.
Scanned Passport Copy (colored, clear, and legible), including the photo page, signature, and relevant information. The passport must be valid of at least Six Months as of the date of intended entry into Taiwan.
Once your E-Code is approved, we will send an E-Code to you, which allows you to apply for an eVisa online. Kindly refer to webpage to fill out the eVisa applications and complete the payment of application fee online.
